My name is Margo Williams and I'm an elementary school librarian in Henrico, Virginia. After 11 years of teaching, I decided to become a school librarian. I have been the librarian at the same school for the last 6 years and now I am moving to a new school and new adventures.
In 2011, my school district was named the National School Library Program of the Year. It is a honor to work with such a great group of school librarians. Collaboration with the learning community is the key to our program's success. I look forward to lots of collaboration in my new school setting.
In my spare time, I love to cook, vacation with family, run (more like jog), read and play video games. My favorite is to read cookbooks and I collect a lot of them.
I love to learn and to try new things. I use this blog to keep track of my learning experiences and to share with others.
